Garden Hills | Hospice Care | Respite Care

We are there to care for people who have end-of-life care decisions to make. By contracting with seven different hospice agencies, we make it easy for people to take advantage of hospice care and choose the agency they want to care for them.

We partner with the clients hospice team of choice and physician of choice to ensure that our clients care needs are compassionately met by the entire team.

We can provide hospice care in private or semi-private rooms. We have also designated two suites on our first floor as hospice suites and have furnished them to be comfortable and convenient for our client's and their families. These rooms provide amenities, such as two televisions (one for the patient and one for the family), microwave, refrigerator, and a sleeper sofa and/or rollaway bed to enable a family member to stay overnight.
